About this course

This course builds a disciplined approach to wild food: a five-point identification check, side-by-side comparisons of edible species against their toxic doubles, and a month-by-month foraging calendar. You will work through the top 20 beginner-friendly species, learn which field guides and apps to trust, and practice ethical, sustainable harvesting. The emphasis throughout is on never eating anything you cannot identify with 100 percent certainty.
