Freelance Productivity Systems
Run Your Freelance Business on a System, Not Your Memory
About this course
Freelancers do not fail because they are lazy; they fail because they are running a whole business out of memory, a cluttered inbox, and three half-used apps. This course gives you a personal operating system: a capture-and-organise workflow built on Getting Things Done, a planning layer that turns a backlog into a realistic week using time-blocking and a Most Important Tasks rule, and protected deep-work blocks defended with Cal Newport's rules and a real shutdown ritual. You will work in concrete tools, Todoist or Things for tasks, Google Calendar or Notion Calendar for blocks, and a one-page Notion or spreadsheet dashboard, so every lesson leaves you with a piece of a system you actually use. By the end you can plan a week in fifteen minutes, protect the hours that produce your best work, batch the admin that used to leak across every day, and see your utilisation, pipeline, and cash at a glance.
