About this course
Feedback is the fastest driver of professional growth, yet most people do it poorly — or avoid it entirely. This course teaches the SBI (Situation-Behaviour-Impact) and COIN (Context-Observation-Impact-Next) models used by Google, Microsoft, and leading coaching programmes. You will practise writing real feedback messages, build a personal feedback-reception script, and leave with templates you can use the same day.
