About this course
This course teaches you to manage a residential lawn the way a turf agronomist does, using soil tests, grass-species identification, and a season-by-season calendar instead of guesswork. You will learn to mow at the correct height, apply the right amount of nitrogen at the right time, identify and control weeds, and set up irrigation that produces deep roots. By the end you can diagnose problems and run a year-round program for cool-season or warm-season grass.
