Physiotherapy & Rehab Practice Management
Run a rehab clinic that bills clean, stays full, and proves it works
About this course
This course teaches the non-clinical side of running an outpatient physical therapy or rehabilitation clinic: how to code and bill therapy correctly under the 8-minute rule, how to template a schedule that keeps therapists productive without overbooking, how to track functional outcomes that satisfy payers and impress referrers, and how to build a referral engine that does not depend on one physician. Every module uses real terminology (CPT timed and untimed codes, the KX modifier, the Plan of Care), real software (WebPT, Prompt EMR, Jane, Net Health, FOTO), and real benchmarks (net collection rate above 95 percent, visits-per-evaluation near 9 to 11, cancellation and no-show under 10 percent, units-per-visit near 4) applied through a recurring clinic case. You leave with the coding rules, schedule templates, outcome dashboards, and referral systems an owner or clinic director runs every day to control cash, fill the schedule, prove value, and grow.
